Weigh In
Well last night was my official WI and I was down .4! I am determined to do better this week. I have too! I know I am not the number on the scale and I am loosing inches right now with my walking and exercising. So therefore, I will keep it up, and hopefully “ramp it up!”

So as of October 3, 2007 I was down to 137.4, finally I am going back in the right direction. I felt as though I was doing everything right but I really think I was lacking somewhere. Obviously I was if I kept on gaining. I am on top of things now and I will get back to my personal goal of 135 in no time!
